Conditions for Returns:
Products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as lipsticks, skincare creams, or any products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
Returns will only be accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the original order.

Pack the product securely and use a reliable courier service to return it to the address provided in the authorization email.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
In case of partial returns, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
